Koh Kôn Island is located around 20 to 25 minutes by speed- boat or 1:30 hours by boat from the town of Sihanoukville on the south coast of Cambodia. While weather is usually calm if the wind is blowing then prepare yourself for a rocky boat trip. Diving is made in the calmer waters behind Koh Kôn where the reef starts just a few inches below the surface. It's advisable to take a couple of kilos of extra weight as much of the dive will be in the top 6 meters.

  
 

TTY Corporation Co., Ltd. has received DECISION from Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) on November 20, 2007 to invest Koh Kôn through the activities such as building Health Resort & Spa, Zoo, Tourist port/Marina, Casino, etc..

To respond to the above investment planned, TTY Corporation Co., Ltd. is planning to produce a three-year planned project on Health Resort and Spa at KOH KÔN. The process of planning activities for the above mentioned project are as follow:

Year 1 :Land preparation, building port/marina, water system, electricity;

Year 2 :Construction of Health Resort and Spa; and

Year 3 :Construction of residential around the Island (in accordance
                  with the height), Mini-Golf Coast and other related facilities.

TTY Corporation Co., Ltd. has planned to maintain the natural environment and other resorts in accordance with the obviousness of investment related in the future. Furthermore, the vehicles will not be used but electric car will be allowed. The investment project will be launched at the end of year 2008.
